I've always been drawn to the Aspen Tree. Growing up in Colorado, hiking, camping and skiing in the Rocky Mountains brought me close to the beauty of the wilderness. The white aspen trunk, with its black markings always captured my attention. The leaves changing in the fall is so magical. My Aspen tree paintings are a true expression of my soul as a Colorado Native.
